- For not much more than a standard Freeview box you can purchase the Rimax TDT 9500 Receiver which is not only a standard Freeview receiver but it can also record programs!
- Unlike more expensive digital recorders, the Rimax TDT 9500 Recorder does not contain an internal hard drive. Rather, it has two output ports through which you can attach a recording device of your choice.
- The first option is to connect an external hard drive through the USB port on the rear of the unit or, if you prefer, a USB Memory Stick. The second option is to utilise the SD / MMC card slot on the front of the unit. Either way, you are then able to record any program of your choice for playback at a later date.
- Another great advantage of the Rimax TDT 9500 Recorder are the dual SCART connectors on the rear of the unit.
- With the digital switch-over now happening all across the UK, now’s the time to update to the latest Freeview receiver on the market.
